You must be at least 18 years of age to use the platform. By using the Service you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

Automated Trader is a software platform that gives licensed users access to a library of automated trading strategies which execute inside the user's own brokerage account based on predefined rules and configurations.

We do not:

• Provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice
• Manage, custody, or take possession of user funds
• Operate as a registered investment advisor, commodity trading advisor, or broker-dealer
• Trade on a discretionary basis on behalf of users

All trading decisions, account configurations, and outcomes are the sole responsibility of the user.

Automated Trader, including all strategies and the platform itself, is licensed strictly for personal, individual use on your own trading accounts.

The platform may not be used for commercial purposes, by funds, by advisory or asset-management businesses, or by any person or entity that profits from managing or trading other people's money. Using the platform in connection with client funds, managed accounts, or any money-management activity is a material breach of these Terms.

Platform access, strategy activation, and billing may be delivered through third-party services, including payment processors, brokers, and community or support platforms.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining access to your own accounts and credentials
• Opening and funding your own brokerage account with a supported broker
• Completing onboarding, connection, and risk configuration steps

We are not responsible for loss of access caused by third-party platform issues.

Platform access is offered through monthly or annual subscription plans, which determine how many strategies you may run at the same time. A one-time activation and onboarding fee applies to new accounts. Additional active-strategy capacity may be added for an additional monthly fee.

By purchasing, you agree that:

• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled
• You authorize recurring billing through our payment processor
• Pricing, plans, and included capacity may change at our discretion
• The activation and onboarding fee is charged once per account and is not a recurring charge

• Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 15 days before your next billing date
• Failure to provide that notice may result in the next billing cycle being charged
• Access remains active through the end of the current billing period

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:

• Subscription payments, in whole or in part
• Activation and onboarding fees
• Lifetime strategy licenses
• Partial billing periods or unused access
• Failure to use the platform, or misunderstanding of how it works

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

A lifetime strategy license grants permanent, non-transferable access to the licensed strategy for your personal use on your own accounts. Lifetime licenses are non-refundable and may not be resold, shared, or sublicensed. We may modify, update, or retire a strategy where market, broker, or technology conditions require it.

All software, strategies, logic, content, and materials associated with Automated Trader are our exclusive property. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute the software or strategy logic
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code or parameters
• Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute access
• Use the platform for commercial resale or money management purposes
• Create derivative works based on the platform or its strategies

Violations may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

As described in the Personal Use Only section above, access is licensed for personal, individual use only. You may use the platform on your own trading accounts. You may not:

• Use it on behalf of clients or third parties
• Offer it as part of a managed account, fund, or advisory service, or use it to trade money you manage for others
• Sell access, copies, or signals derived from the platform

Commercial, fund, and managed-money use is handled separately through BoardroomCapital.io

Where access includes community or support channels, you agree to:

• Maintain respectful communication
• Not spam, solicit, or promote unrelated services
• Not share proprietary platform or strategy information

We may remove users from community channels at our discretion.

You acknowledge that trading involves substantial risk, that losses can exceed expectations, and that no system guarantees results. Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk. See our Risk Disclosure and Legal Disclaimers for full details.

We do not guarantee profitability, specific performance results, account growth, drawdown limits, or the outcome of any third-party evaluation or funding program.

The platform is used alongside third-party brokers, platforms, and processors. We are not responsible for broker performance, platform outages, data accuracy, execution delays, or slippage.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Automated Trader shall not be liable for any trading or financial losses, loss of data or access, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, remove users who violate these Terms, and restrict access without prior notice.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
